The Dolomites are an epic mountain range in Northern Italy, basically bordering Switzerland and Austria. The moutains, views and lakes are absolutely breathtaking and there’s a beautifully unique blend of Austrian, German and Italian cultures. If you like to hike, ski or just soak in beautiful nature, you will love the Dolomites.

Portugal is an ideal country for a 1-3 week road trip! There is soooo much to see and do and the coastline is truly breathtaking. We spent a week of our 2.5 week Europe trip in Portugal and absolutely LOVED it!! Knowing what I know now after spending a week between Algarve and Lisbon, this is the road trip I’d recommend.

Ojai is a cute, relaxed town in California, about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Los Angelos and 50 minutes from Santa Barbara. It’s in a valley under the Topatopa Mountains is a magical place to slow down, reset, connect with nature and nourish your body with amazing food.

Santa Barbara is an adorable, upscale (while still laid back) beach town along the coast of California, about 2 hours north of Los Angeles. There’s tons of great restaurants, beautiful beaches, wine rooms and hiking!
